Photo Time!

Here are some pictures of Grayson at two and half months. He did great. He smiled when he needed to...he was a happy camper. I love these first three pictures of him. Oh... and check out Brian without facial hair...first time I have seen him without a beard. It took some getting use to but I like it!

Grayson's 1st Thanksgiving

We celebrated the day with family...it was a nice and relaxing day. Grayson was perfect, he slept right through dinner... that is a rarity. Here are some pictures of him in his Thanksgiving outfit.

Grayson is 2 Months Old

Wow! Time flies when you have a child to keep you busy. I can't believe it has already been 2 months. We took him in for his first set of shots today and I have to say he was a real trooper. He only cried for a minute...he did so well.

Here are his stats:
Name: Grayson Micheal Lee
Date of Birth: September 20, 2008
Weight at Birth: 6 pounds, 9 ounces
Weight to date: 9 pounds, 15 ounces. (15th%)
Height/length: 22 1/4 inches (25%)
Skills/talents: grunting, smiling (especially at mom and dad), tooting (just like the other boys in our family), holding up his head, and the ability to spit up everywhere (especially after I have just put a clean outfit on)
Hobbies: hanging out with mom and dad, playing with his baby gym, going on walks with Aspen and Easton, and listening to music

Here's where he got his shots...fun little band aids

Just some more pics

Things are going really well...knock on wood. Grayson is offically sleeping in his crib at night...Yeah! He is doing really well. Now if we could just get rid of that 3 am feeding...mommy and daddy would be oh so happy. He is pretty close. Grayson is 7 weeks old now and finally broke 9 pounds. He loves to eat. He is starting to fill in...just look at those cheeks.

Happy Halloween

Well it was Grayson's first Halloween. It was a pretty mellow one. We stayed home and passed out candy...we had a lot of trick-or-treaters this year. Grayson didn't have a costume...I couldn't find one small enough. However, he did have some fun outfits to put him in. Grayson's first pumpkin...daddy carved a cat for him

This is a pacifier...too funny

This is our friend's daughter McKenna, her mom bought Grayson and her matching outfits. She is a month older then Grayson. She was so good posing for the pictures...Grayson wanted to sleep of course.

Pumpkin Patch

We took Grayson to a pumpkin patch and petting zoo this past weekend. He slept the whole time...even on the bumpy wagon ride. Hopefully, next year he will be able to enjoy it more and be able to pick out his very own pumpkin. It was a gorgeous day to pick out pumpkins. Brian especially likes going to see the potbelly pig named "Sweet pea"...she is a big girl. I also put some other pictures up.
Check out Grayson's cute shoes

This is Sweet Pea...Easton's long lost relative...
Easton acts just like a pig, he snorts and likes to roll in the mud.
Look at those chubby cheeks...Grayson's ofcourse

The dogs are getting some R&R after a late night

This is our niece, Abby. Her mom (Aunt Brigit) and Aunt Britt came to visit us.

Now That We Are Home...

So things are going great!!! Grayson is adjusting well. Our daily schedule consists of eating, pooping, and sleeping. Pretty much in that order. I do have to say Brian and I have had our fair share of getting peed on...I on the other hand can claim that I got pooped on TWICE...with no warning from Grayson. I actully think he had a grin on his face will doing it. That would be my "Little Stinker" already. Grayson pretty much sleeps all day and night. I have to wake him up to eat. He is awake a little more everyday...we love that. We have caught a couple pictures of him grinning. Grayson with his Uncle Jason
Mommy and I just got done reading a story

I have a full tummy now

I love the pictures of him sleeping...
everyone tells us to enjoy them
cause they won't last long...
so we DO
There's a smile...we were sunbathing...he was a little jaundiced

So little...I could hold him forever

Sound asleep in his swing

Grayson Michael Lee is here!!!

He's about 4 weeks early, but couldn't wait any longer, and we are absolutely thrilled to have him! We went to sleep about 10:00pm Friday, September 19, with nothing out of the ordinary, looking forward to our baby shower being hosted by Brigit and Brittany the next day. Stacie woke me up about 11:30pm after she thought her labor had started. We monitored her contractions for a few minutes and sure enough, she was in labor. By midnight her contractions were 2 minutes apart and we started getting ready to go to the hospital. We took our time, anticipating a still lenghty labor and delivery. The contractions stayed about 2 minutes apart until we finally left the house a little after 1:00am. We got to the hospital and got checked in to the room by about 1:30am. Very soon after, and after instructions by the nurses to the doctor that "she had better run", Grayson Michael Lee was born at 2:12am, Saturday, September 20, 2008. He weighed in at 6 lbs, 9 oz, and was 20 inches long. Stacie did an amazing job. She and Grayson are both doing very well.

Welcome to the world Grayson!!!

Well here we go...

So we finally joined in on the blogging fun. Not sure exactly what I am doing, but I'll give it a try. Let's just say it is definitely a work in progress.
